• “Services” means all Morsl products and services, including AI voice agents, dashboards, APIs, websites, and related features.
• “You” or “your” means the individual or organization that creates an account or uses the Services.

2. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by authorized users.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Accounts must be created and used by humans. Automated account creation is not permitted.
• You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

• Morsl offers subscription plans, currently starting at $24/month.
• We may offer free trials. Trial details are disclosed at signup.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, access to the Services ends at the conclusion of your billing period unless otherwise stated.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
• Abuse, harassment, or threats toward Morsl employees or partners may result in immediate termination.

5. Service Modifications

• We may modify, add, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
• Pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.

6. Use of AI Voice Services

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable laws, including consent and recording laws.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon.
• Morsl is not responsible for business losses, missed calls, incorrect responses, or actions taken based on AI output.

7. Data, Privacy, and Security

• Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• We process data only to provide and improve the Services.
• We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Services.
• We may access account data only to provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.

8. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services.
• You grant Morsl a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• All Morsl trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Morsl.

9. Feedback

• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Morsl without obligation or compensation.

• We respect intellectual property rights.

11. APIs and Integrations

• Use of Morsl APIs is subject to these Terms.
• Excessive or abusive API usage may result in suspension or termination.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Morsl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morsl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
